Gus Gillberg is the founding member and principal attorney of the Gillberg Law Firm and 3G Title Services LLC. Gus has focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions from the beginning of his career and continues to pursue a mastery of the “art of the closing”. For the past 18 years, Gus has worked passionately and tirelessly to advance his practice in a way that combines state-of-the-art technology and superior client service. Even while attending Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, Gus knew that transactional real estate closings were his passion. From the simplest residential transaction to the most complex commercial closing, Gus has the experience and desire to help clients navigate through these challenging transactions.
Gus’ primary areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, leasing, land use and development, business law and vehicle and traffic matters. Gus represents many local mortgage lenders, credit unions, private companies, builders, developers and thousands of individuals each year looking to make the dream of home ownership a reality. As you can see, Gus manages a well-rounded practice with a great team of professionals and a strong emphasis on real estate matters. His goal is to provide the highest level of legal representation while being responsive to his clients’ ever-changing needs throughout the course of their lives.
Currently, Gus resides in Schenectady County with his wife, daughter and son and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible. Gus is an outdoor enthusiast and die-hard Boston sports fan. He attended Wachusett Regional High School, Stonehill College and Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association and the Schenectady County Bar Association. Gus is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
